# The Online Foundation Build

Paireeo's fixed-scope build connects three deliverables over five business days: a website built around one agreed customer path, approved search setup, and measurement for agreed calls/forms/bookings.

## Standard scope

- No minimum page count. Include as many pages as reasonably make sense for the business; the final contract defines the page list, content scope, and delivery schedule.
- Page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, business details, and an XML sitemap.
- Measurement for agreed customer actions in client-controlled tools.
- One consolidated website revision round. Custom integrations and workflow improvements are separately scoped and priced.
- Desktop and mobile checks, real-use-case testing, training, setup notes, handoff, and 14 days of defect support.

## Readiness and price

A decision-maker, approved facts and proof, required account access, an agreed scope, and pre-build payment must be ready before the build week. The free audit comes first. The base Foundation Build is CAD $6,000 with customization available. The CAD $1,200 deposit is paid through Stripe after selecting a week and accepting reservation terms at https://reserve.paireeo.site/. For new reservations under the deposit terms, a cancellation before work starts is refunded less the actual Stripe processing fee. Existing signed contracts retain their agreed refund rights, including any satisfaction guarantee. The final contract sets taxes, additional scope and payment timing.
