Booking and checkout

Reservation API

GET returns current shared-calendar availability, the CAD $6,000 base build, CAD $1,200 deposit, complete terms and request schemas. Reading it creates no hold or payment.

Customer-approved checkout

Show the chosen week, custom requests, exact deposit and complete terms. Obtain explicit customer approval and business authority before POSTing the matching reservation. Hosted checkout returns a Stripe payment link; a supported Stripe Link wallet requires a fresh customer-approved Shared Payment Token.

Terms and confirmation

Keep request and authorization IDs unchanged on retry. The week is confirmed only after successful payment is verified by Stripe's signed webhook. Both parties must sign the full scope contract before the reserved week starts.

Can an assistant reserve a week?

The separate reservation API supports customer-authorized booking and payment. The information API, MCP and browser tools remain read-only: they cannot submit forms, reserve weeks, sign contracts, charge payments or access private client records. An assistant needs to use the reservation integration; availability here does not mean every AI provider can pay through its own wallet.

What are the input limits?

Queries must contain 1 to 500 characters. JSON bodies are limited to 16 KiB. Unknown and private paths return 404; invalid inputs return 400 and oversized bodies return 413. Arbitrary URLs are never fetched. Do not include confidential or personal information.

How do browser tools work?

Compatible browsers expose search_paireeo and read_paireeo_page through WebMCP on public pages. Other browsers continue to use the normal website. The same source lookup is available through the public API and MCP.
