Start with a free audit. The base Online Foundation Build is CAD $6,000, with customization available. A CAD $1,200 deposit reserves an available week under the reservation terms. We then agree the full scope, taxes, additional costs and payment schedule in a contract signed by both parties before the reserved week starts.

The base build connects business-relevant pages, search setup and measurement for agreed customer actions. Includes one consolidated revision round, testing, training, handoff and 14 days of defect support. Customization is available and separately scoped and priced.

Your deposit is credited toward the build price. Choose an available week, review the reservation and refund terms, then continue to secure Stripe checkout. The full scope contract must be signed by both parties before your build week starts.

What happens if I cancel before work starts?
For new reservations under the deposit terms, a cancellation before work starts is refunded less the actual Stripe processing fee. Existing signed contracts retain their agreed refund rights, including any satisfaction guarantee. The signed agreement governs your project and any additional refund rights.
How do customization and ongoing support work?
Customization, integrations, additional scope and ongoing support are agreed and priced separately. No extra work or increased fee is charged without your agreement.
When do I pay the deposit?
Use Reserve your build week to choose an available week, describe any custom requests and accept the reservation terms before Stripe Checkout. The deposit reserves the week. Both parties must agree to and sign the full scope contract before that week starts. Never send card details by email.
